If you are thinking about exhibiting at the Pump Centre Conference 2018 you will find lots of useful information below. To exhibit at the conference you have to be a member of the Pump Centre. Members get a standard exhibition space free of charge as part of their membership.

The pack gives you all the general details you need as an exhibitor and it explains what is provided with your Exhibition stand, what is not included and what optional extras are available for an additional fee.

Venue Layout

This is an image showing the overall layout of the Pump Centre Conference and the relative position of the main areas. The exhibition will spread over the following areas:

  • Hall 1&2 - Exhibition, BIM Zone & refreshments
  • Pattingham Suite - Main technical conference
  • Beckbury Suite - Four technical breakout rooms
  • Foyer area - Registration Desk

​​Booking an Exhibition Stand

If you wish to book exhibition space you must contact either Jim Eaves
(07968 707753) or Karen Bridgeman (01925 964030) - they will be able to identify the available stand locations.
Once this has been agreed you will need to complete the Exhibition Stand Booking form and the Terms & Conditions Acceptance letter which can be downloaded below:

 All exhibitors need to follow the site safety procedures and read the site safety induction before arriving on site - this can be downloaded below:

 This year the exhibition is being held in two ground floor halls (HALLS 1 & 2) which will be opened up into a single exhibition space with a large refreshments and relaxation area in the centre.

Conference Dinner

The Pump Centre hosts a dinner on the evening prior to the conference. In 2017 the dinner will be held on Wednesday 10th May 2017. The dinner is open to Pump Centre members and their invited guests. The evening is a relaxed cordial affair and it consists of a three course meal with evening entertainment. The dress code for the meal is smart casual.
